You gotta try it to know you will love it!! Jam your way through 45 minutes of a fun hi/low impact aerobic session followed by 15 minutes of toning and stretching. This class will give you a whole different outlook on working out. Who says you can’t have fun and get your butt kicked?

This fitness class is held every Wed. at 5 pm. $6 Drop-in or Class Cards accepted.

Cardio Jam, with Jenny Hill Carter, promises a high energy experience that can work for all genders, ages, body shapes, and sizes. Jenny has taught group fitness classes for over 13 years, including Zumba, Buts and Guts, Bootcamp, Water in Motion, Stretch and Tone, as well as several other formats. If you like dancing to great music but still want to burn major calories-this is a class for YOU!!
