This class will be a 6 week intensive class with learning focused around cabaret-style choreography It is designed for you to have fun while learning transitions and movements through space that will increase your performance repertoire. Specifically, this class will focus on technique, direction changes, and enhancing your stage presence. Please bring coin hip scarves if you have them.

Ninja Scout Adventure is a blending of ancient Asian arts, Native American wisdom, and African musical traditions. Asian martial arts and exercises build the body, Native American awareness and deep ecology develop the mind and heart, and African rhythms and singing fortify the soul. The curriculum is drawn from Chinese Kung Fu, Indian Wresting and Yoga, Native American Wilderness Awareness, and African Call & Response Singing.

Youth Kung Fu includes work on the basic Wilderness Awareness training, Animal forms from Native American and Shaolin Kung Fu traditions, Joint Flexibility Chi Gong, and a focus on Xing Yi 5 Fists Kung Fu.

This class includes Indian Wrestling calisthenics for strength and flexibility that are related to Yoga, Joint Flexibility Chi Gong for health and mobility, and focuses on Master Chen Pan Ling's "Thunderstick" cane/walking stick routine. This set has its roots in practical Shaolin Saber techniques, but has been modified to be a more non-violent means of self protection with the common stick or cane.
